Regulations
Requirements Children must be 2, 3, or 4 years old for their respective classes as of September 30 of each academic year. The registration form must be received
no later then August 15th of the academic year. All immunizations must be up-to-date. All forms must be returned on or prior
to the first day of daycare. Post dated checks must be received within
the first 10 days of daycare. Expulsion Policy The only reasons for an admission refusal
or an expulsion are if Razmataz Kidz cannot adequately meet the
particular needs of a child or their parents or if the parents refuse
to accept the internal policies of Razmataz Kidz. Razmataz Kidz
does not have any restriction with regards to the geographical
location of the client. Admission Policy Razmataz Kidz accepts children aged 24
months to 59 months on a full or part-time basis, for a minimum of two
days. The children already registered at Razmataz Kidz have priority
at the time of registration, as well as siblings’. Children of the
personnel of Razmataz Kidz are also given priority at the time of the
registration. Razmataz Kidz waiting list is according
to the date of reception of the parent’s phone call or e-mail and
according to the age of the child. If there is a change in address, of phone
number, addition of a new child or any other change occurs, it is the
responsibility of the parent to inform us. Under no circumstance
do we allot a number to indicate where the child is on the waiting list. The child’s name remains on the list
until he/she is contacted. Any child registered on the waiting list
may accept the place which is proposed to him at the moment when the
space becomes available (you have a grace period of 24 hours).
In the event that we are unable to contact the parent or the 24 hour
acceptance time has expired, the place available will be offered to
the following person on the list. Placing your name on our waiting list
does not guarantee, under no circumstance, nor with anyone, an admission
to Razmataz Kidz. Please note that children with specific needs
will be accepted each year, in September, according to the places available. Razmataz Kidz Policies Arrival and Pick-Up: Razmataz Kidz opens at
7:30 am and closes at 5:30pm. Parents are encouraged
to pick up their children on time. There is a fee of $1.00/minute
after 5:30pm. Half day programs begin
at 8:00am and end at 1:00pm- the educational program begins at 9:15am. Emergencies: In the case of an emergency you and/or
the other designated persons for pick-up are not available, please call
and inform us as to
who will be picking up your child. The person will need to present
a photo I.D. upon arrival- this is MANDATORY- before they
are allowed to pick-up your child. If an emergency should occur at daycare
requiring that your child be picked up early, we will call the parents
first. If neither parent is available, we will then call the persons
listed on your emergency contact list in the order specified. Pick-up: The Razmataz Kidz has an extremely rigid
system for those allowed to pick up your child from daycare.
You must fill out a “Release Form” at the beginning of the daycare

and relationship of the adult to your child; you must inform your child’s
educator the day before (if possible!) that someone else will be picking
up your child. Any other adult besides a father or mother will
be asked for a picture ID (Mandatory) unless they are introduced and
given verbal permission by you to your child’s educator. Up-to-Date Information It is vital for the safety and well-being
